The release level of the silicone systems can be regulated to make the liner ideal for your specific product and / or process.
The coat weight (thickness of silicone layer) may be adjusted from 0,9 g/m 2 to 3 g/m 2 make the liner optimal for specific processes, e.g. a cutting or kiss-cutting process.
Most substrates can be supplied with silicone coating on one or both sides. The release value can be identical on the two sides or we can coat tight release on one side and easy release on the other side.
Minimum 50 mm
Maximum 790 mm
We normally carry stock of the below types of substrates which can be supplied with a relatively short notice:
Paper 65g, white
Paper 88g, yellow
Paper 90g, white
Paper 120g, white
Paper 70g + PE 15g, white
Paper 110g + PE 12g, white
PE 20g + Paper 80g + PE 20g
